Clayton "Bucky" Freeburg

From Bucky's Facebook

He was loved by his students, players and family who he adored.

Rest Now and shine on down.

Today we said goodbye to my father, Coach, Clayton, Bucky

Now playing for Jesus, he was a great hockey coach, a talented player, and a true tennis guru. Sports weren’t just games to him — they were passion, discipline, and community. He shaped lives on the ice and on the court.

But more than anything, he loved his family.

He was a proud father to Cyndie, Kristina, John, and Andrew. He absolutely adored his eight grandchildren. They were his joy.

Dad had a larger-than-life personality. He could strike up a conversation with absolutely anyone, anywhere. He had stories, opinions, humor, and a presence that filled the room. If you met him once, you remembered him.

He was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Rest easy, Dad. Thank you for everything you gave us.

Funeral details coming soon ***
